Our Recruitment Director has over 15 years experience working in agencies and for HR departments both in NZ and London


She chose to start up a small business so that she could offer an affordable and flexible recruiting service to clients that care about their staff and how they go about recruiting, but are not willing to pay the traditional agency rates, or do not have the time to dedicate to managing their own recruitment processes.


She has a small support team who assist her from in-home offices based around NZ


They all work seamlessly through cloud based programs which helps keep the pricing plans flexible and cost effective
